The location was incredible, near the beach restaurants. the room was big size and well-equipped with a fridge, climate control, and television I needed. the bed was comfy. the staff were very very helpful. I had a fantastic stay at New Ozone Resort & Spa in Koh Lanta. the hotel's location was superb, conveniently close to beach restaurants. the room was spacious and had all the amenities I required, such as a fridge, climate control, and television. the bed was comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep.

Hotel was absolutely amazing and cute and I appreciated the food there, it was great. The location was particularly good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Hat Khlong Khong. The venue was a nice base for enjoying a very quite area.

Great value for money! The location was fantastic, just a few steps from the beach. The bungalows were comfortable and clean. We loved being able to take a dip in the ocean whenever we wanted. The free snorkel gear was a nice touch. Renting a motorbike from the hotel was convenient and allowed us to explore the entire island.

The food at the hotel restaurant was average, so we ended up dining elsewhere on the island. It would have been nice to have more variety and quality in the menu.

stayed at a really amazing spot right on the beach with cool outdoor bathrooms attached to the bungalows. the beach is swimmable at high tide and the rocks are stunning at low tide, especially during sunset. The staff was super friendly and the wooden bungalow with a front balcony was perfect. cons: Can't fault anything about it! 😊.
